Terms Of Account

This application is subject to H.J. NAMDAR/BENTONE ENTERPRISES credit approval.  You will receive written notification as soon as your account is approved.  Payment is due 30 days from invoice date. Merchandise will be held for shipment if payment on your account is not received within 60 days.  The signature below of an authorized representative of your company is necessary to process this application.  By signing this agreement, the applicant agrees to all of the terms set forth herein and to all of the terms & conditions set forth on the bills which are deemed to be part of this application.  The applicant and/or business default owner would also be personally liable for all debt to H.J. NAMDAR/BENTONE ENTERPRISES.  Should the company or business default in payment of any sums due and payable to H.J. NAMDAR/BENTONE ENTERPRISES, the applicant and/or the business owner agree to pay H.J. NAMDAR/BENTONE ENTERPRISES, all such sums including any and all accumulated interest charges and attorney's fee.  Please allow 2 weeks for processing. Thank you.
