The warranty remains in effect during your lifetime for so long as you own the Jewelry piece. We will repair or replace any diamond jewelry made by H.j. Namdar or Forevermark , free of charge, against any manufacturer defect.

 

The warranty does not cover theft, abuse or mysterious disappearance. Tampering, mistreatment or non Forevermark modifications / repair of your diamond jewelry will nullify this guarantee.
