We want every retailer and visitor to be able to use hjnamdar.com, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and we check the site against them as we add to it.
What we have done
Pages work on phones, tablets and computers, and can be zoomed in without losing content. Text is set to contrast with its background, images of our pieces carry text descriptions, form fields are labelled, and forms tell you what is still needed.
Where we are still working
We are still improving keyboard-only use of some controls, such as filters and buttons on the catalog, and screen-reader descriptions of some page sections. Some content comes from other services, such as our Instagram feed, and may not be fully accessible. Product photographs show detail that a text description cannot fully capture — our team is glad to describe any piece in more detail.
Tell us what isn't working
If anything on the site is hard to use, please tell us at web@hjnamdar.com and say which page and what happened. We will help you straight away — by email, phone or in person — and fix the problem where we can. We aim to reply within two business days.
