These terms apply to everyone who uses hjnamdar.com. By using the site, you agree to them.
For the trade only
H.J. Namdar sells to jewelry retailers and trade partners, not to the public. Accounts are given at our discretion to businesses we approve, and we may decline, suspend or close an account at any time.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself and your store. You are responsible for requests made from your account. Tell us at web@hjnamdar.com if you think someone else has used it.
Trade pricing is confidential
The costs, suggested retail prices, specifications and style numbers shown to members are confidential trade information, provided only for your own buying. Please do not share them with the public or with other businesses.
Product information
We take care to describe each piece accurately. Photographs are representative; actual colour, size, and metal and stone weights can vary slightly from piece to piece. Prices can change without notice.
Requests, quotes and orders
Assortments, pick-box requests, quote requests and orders sent through the site are requests. They become binding only when H.J. Namdar confirms them, by invoice or memo. Payment terms, memo (consignment) terms and our exchange policy are as agreed on your invoice, memo or account agreement. Handbills written at trade shows record a sale for formal invoicing by our office.
Website galleries for retailers
If your store shows our pieces on its own website, we give you a limited, revocable permission to display those photographs and descriptions there, for selling our pieces only. We may change or end this, and plan fees are as shown when you choose a plan.
Our designs and content
Our designs, photographs, text and the H.J. Namdar name and logo belong to H.J. Namdar. Please do not copy, reproduce or use them except as these terms allow.
Using the site fairly
Please do not misuse the site: no automated scraping of the catalog, no attempts to get around sign-in or limits, no false or misleading requests, and nothing unlawful.
Our responsibility
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, H.J. Namdar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Law and changes
